PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchase orders must be made in writing by fax or email. Our warehouse will prepare the order within 48-72 hours as from receipt of the payment. There is a fixed cost of 38 euros for order preparation that will be included in the invoice. The client must verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomaly detected on the haulage contractor's delivery note. Enerco Renovables will otherwise accept no liability.

No complaints or returns will be accepted 15 days after receipt of the material. In order to accept a return, the merchandise, packaging and any other element must be in perfect condition. The return to our warehouse must be with freight paid and a deduction of 15% will be applied for administration, verification and stock costs.

The merchandise will be the property of Enerco Renovables until it has been paid in full. The guarantees for the various products are those provided by the manufacturers.
